Overview

Cheap Web Analytics provides a lightweight, privacy-friendly web analytics service. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person or organization. You must provide a valid email address to create an account.

Plans and billing

We offer a free tier with limited usage and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are listed on our billing page and may change with 30 days' notice.

  • Free tier — up to 1,000 pageviews per month and 1 website. If you exceed these limits, your dashboard will be locked until you upgrade.
  • Paid plans — include higher pageview limits and up to 100 websites. Optional add-ons are available for additional features.
  • Cancellation — you can cancel at any time from the billing page. After cancellation, we continue tracking for a 10-day grace period so you don't lose data immediately. After the grace period, data collection stops and your account reverts to the free tier.
  • Refunds — because the service is billed monthly with no commitment, we do not offer refunds for partial months. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Acceptable use

You may only use Cheap Web Analytics on websites you own or have permission to add tracking to. You may not use the service to collect data in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.

Service availability

We strive to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

Data ownership

You own your analytics data. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the service to you. You may export or delete your data at any time.

Payment processing

Payments are handled by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your payment card details.

Limitation of liability

Cheap Web Analytics is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
